Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple squads within a technology-driven environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in Scrum methodologies, particularly in technical domains, and the ability to manage multiple squads simultaneously (Scrum Nexus). The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and a proven track record of enabling teams to deliver value efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate and manage three squads (~12 members each) to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical SAP design goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Solid understanding of technical environments, particularly within SAP ecosystems.
- Proficient in Scrum frameworks and Agile principles.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills to manage multiple squads effectively.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle technical discussions and align with SAP design goals.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP technical design and implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
- Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile best practices and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage cross-team dependencies and impediments.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and their integration with Agile workflows.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience with stakeholder management and change management processes.
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in a technology-focused domain.
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing Agile workflows.
- Background in working with technical SAP programs or similar environments.
