Job Summary:
The Scrum Master will lead agile project teams in implementing scalable solutions to complex business challenges using the principles of Scale Agile Framework (SAFe). This role requires an experienced individual who can guide teams through the Agile process with a focus on enhancing productivity and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure that the team understands the project vision and goals.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder work progress to maintain productivity and team momentum.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams for cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Track and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Scale Agile Certification (SAFe) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate and document complex ideas effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, India, and collaborate with the team in a face-to-face environment.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large-scale Agile projects in similar industries.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Additional certifications in Agile methodologies.
