We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/ Scrum Master with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and business process analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
• Ensure that the team is focused on their goals and that the Scrum framework is followed.
• Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Monitor and report on the team's progress and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  
  

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is a plus.
