Overview

6-8 years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner

6-7+ years working as a Scrum Master

Manage JIRA Epics, User Story

Conduct daily sync up calls
Conduct PI Planning sessions
Backlog refinement sessions (incl approvals from PDT Mngr & Prog Mangr)
Ensure Capacity planning & utilization metrics are in line
Raise & Co-ordinate Change requests
Back-up for Project Manager for PTS updates
Conduct Retrospective post release

Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomesExpert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing.Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environmentScrum Master and Agile Certifications
