Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant-leader for Agile teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and support the team in achieving their goals.
- Track and report on team performance using Agile metrics.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
- Background in software development or IT projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
