Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.

- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies.
- Experience in identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Agile methodologies.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
