Overview
Job Summary:
PixDynamics is seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, ensuring smooth execution of Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile frameworks, enhancing team collaboration, and improving project visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are conducted effectively.
- Organize and lead Sprint Planning with proper estimation, prioritization, and task allocation.
- Conduct weekly backlog reviews to handle changing priorities and ensure the sprint backlog is updated accordingly.
- Implement and manage project roadmaps and daily work reports for tracking team progress and productivity.
- Proactively identify and address impediments, ensuring smooth development workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration between Development, QA, and Support teams.
- Introduce and maintain Agile documentation tools and process improvements to enhance project visibility.
- Monitor and track resource bandwidth and allocation to optimize sprint planning.
- Ensure proper impact analysis is conducted before implementing changes.
- Train and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a self-organized team culture.
- Improve stakeholder management by providing timely updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Ensure that post-production support includes knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for the Support team after two weeks of release.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Experience in resource bandwidth calculation and sprint allocation tracking.
- Ability to conduct impact analysis on requested changes.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of customer support processes and issue resolution in Agile teams.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
