- Plan and organize sprints, ensuring timely delivery and team commitment.
- Lead daily stand-ups to align the team and identify obstacles.
- Proactively remove blockers and resolve interdependencies.
- Monitor sprint progress for on-time product releases.
- Maintain and prioritize product and sprint backlogs for transparency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to adjust priorities based on business goals.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage sprint goals and requirements.
- Conduct sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in Jira and Azure DevOps; experienced in sprint planning and backlog management.
- Strong coordination and issue resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM); Azure DevOps certification is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS product development is a plus.
