Overview
Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress
- Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear product backlog and prioritization
- Work with development teams to ensure understanding of Scrum practices and principles
- Monitor and report on team velocity, burn-down, and other relevant metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Facilitate conflict resolution and team building activities
- Ensure Scrum framework is followed, and best practices are implemented
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
