Overview
Job Title: Scrum Master
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master with experience in Healthcare & Medical Devices. The ideal candidate will be an Agile champion, driving execution rigor, removing impediments, and ensuring a high say-do ratio with measurable business value deliverables. The role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies and prior leadership experience in test automation framework development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile planning, execution, and impediment resolution, ensuring seamless delivery of business value.- Drive execution rigor by improving say-do ratio and business deliverables.
- Guide and mentor a team in test automation framework development.
- Lead automation initiatives using BDD, plan and run periodic execution, present dashboards, and identify actions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct effective retrospectives to promote a lean mindset and optimize team deliverables.
- Oversee test automation efforts managing 3K-4K test cases while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Foster Agile best practices, drive continuous improvement, and reduce technical debt.
- Ensure proactive "shift-left" testing to improve quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Build strong execution bonds with stakeholders through effective networking and collaboration.
- Communicate crisply, drive decisions to closure, and ensure alignment across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Healthcare & Medical Device environment.- Strong Agile expertise with a deep understanding of execution methodologies.
- Experience leading a test automation team, preferably with BDD implementation.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale test automation (3K-4K tests).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive technical discussions, reduce technical debt, and implement best practices.
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
