Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Prior experience in the healthcare domain is preferred but not mandatory.

The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and Stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum Practices:
• Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Ensure Agile principles and Scrum framework are adhered to by the team.
• Support Product Owner:
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and ensuring clear and concise user stories.
• Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and Development Team.
• Remove Impediments:
• Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and performance.
• Ensure a smooth workflow for the development team.
• Promote Team Collaboration:
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes open communication, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage self-organization and ownership among team members.
• Track and Monitor Progress:
• Monitor team progress using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Track sprint goals, team velocity, and overall project progress.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Encourage and facilitate continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Drive Agile best practices and organizational Agile maturity.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
• If experienced in the healthcare domain, understand the industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the team in aligning deliverables with healthcare domain standards (HIPAA, FHIR, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master (if applicable).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
