Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience as Scrum masters to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve collaboration, efficiency, and self-organization.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams and the organization.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and accountability.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to ensure cross-team alignment.
- Assist in Agile transformations and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certification required.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, XRAY.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS)
