• Set up and maintain GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Monitor and improve deployment pipelines, automated testing, and build processes.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and rollback strategies.
• Integrate GitHub with Jira, Trello, Slack, or other project management tools for enhanced workflow visibility.
• Team Collaboration & Communication :
• Act as a bridge between developers, testers, and Product Owners to align priorities.
• Promote transparent communication and knowledge sharing through GitHub Issues, Discussions, and Wikis.
• Encourage peer code reviews and collaborative debugging via GitHub Pull Requests.
• Ensure team members resolve conflicts and blockers efficiently.
