Job Description
Senior SAP Engineer position with a minimum of 10 years of SAP Consulting experience. The ideal candidate should have around five years of Hands-on Technical configuration and design experience with SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) including Convergent Charging (CC), convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (CM), or Subscription Order Management (SOM).
Having at least one full-lifecycle SAP BRIM implementation Experience working on a Lead Role will be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Strong SAP FI-CA, FICA – FI SD and FI MM integration knowledge
Being familiar with SAP CRM/SOM would be immensely helpful.
Knowledge of integration with SAP RAR, BRIM CI/SOM/CM
Development experience in S/4 HANA, SAP ECC across all types of RICEFW objects
Knowledge of SAP technology stack such as SAP PI/PO
Experience with SAP and non-SAP systems integration, performance test planning and testing execution coordination skills.
Lead production escalations and Major Incidents as required.
Engage/Coordinate with other teams outside SAP like Front end systems, Basis/Infra team to resolve Hypercare issues
Tracking and reporting activities (Weekly, Monthly) to Senior management
Exhibit High Sense of Urgency.
Participates as Lead for technical team or teams of support engineers on applications or sub domain. Represent team(s) as liaison to the end users. Develop innovative team solutions to complex problems. Independently implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure/Application or services of significant complexity.
Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team. May act as an Incident Life cycle coordinator or service delivery lead to provide resolution for complex issues. Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customers and vendors on complex issues. Independently resolves highly complex technical issues within a given technical area. Ensures the service level management process is adhered to by continuous review with partners and business users.
SAP Utilities certifications are a plus: Certification in SAP FICA or Certifications in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing.

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT or a related field
