
Overview
- Technical Team Leadership:
o Lead the technical team (internal and partners) and provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
o Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
o Plan and follow-up development activities, make decision on priorities
- SAP technical referent
o Go-to person for all SAP technical questions in the BG
o Estimate workload of requested development, review and challenges quotes done by partners
o Contribute to developments and debug
- Quality Assurance:
o Ensure the quality of the technical solutions delivered by the team.
o Drive and improve quality assurance processes, such as code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, to ensure that the solutions meet the required quality standards.
o Lead critical incidents in production to resolution, when happen
- Collaboration:
o Collaborate effectively with other teams (functional team in Central and Regions, Basis team, business users…) to ensure the technical solutions align with the overall project objectives.
