Job Summary

QA Lead JD Quality Analyst Lead with 10 years of experience with at least 5+ years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a QA Lead; able to lead & mentor a 4-5 member QA team Good with forming test strategy, building test cases, scenarios and able to strategize and perform Functional and Automation testing. Have worked in multiple test automation suites and tools (UI based Testing and API based testing) Experience in documentation including testing and test plan creation. Exposure to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same is good to have Should be Admin 201 Certified, Advanced Admin certification is a Plus Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow Should be able to understand the Customer’s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the defect free testing Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
