Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, focusing on Sales & Service Cloud.

  Strong experience in functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.

  Proficiency in test automation tools like Provar, Selenium, Qualitia etc.

Job Description:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, focusing on Sales & Service Cloud. Strong experience in functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibility:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, focusing on Sales & Service Cloud.
• Strong experience in functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools like Provar, Selenium, Qualitia etc.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning UI testing and validation.
• Familiarity with APEX, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Postman for API testing.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket for automated testing integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues effectively.
• Work Result: Salesforce Tester

Skill Set:

• Salesforce Certification(s) such as Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud testing.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
