Overview
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Delivery : Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
- Project Oversight : Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.
- Team Management : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
- Custom Development : Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
- Integrations : Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration tools such as Mulesoft.
- Platform Optimization : Manage, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for improvements in performance, security, and user experience.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.
- DevOps & CI/CD : Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.
- Mentorship : Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical : Salesforce Apex, Salesforce, RESTful APIs, SOAP, DevOps, Deployment management and Integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP, DevOps, Deployment Management, and System Integration.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce development teams and managing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in CI/CD tools, version control, and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and technology.
