- Location: Bangalore/Pune/Noida/Chennai
- Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:00 PM to 10.00 PM IST)
- Exp: Min 7 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days joiners only
Key Skills: Sales and Service Cloud, B2B commerce cloud platform, B2B portal usage, Functional expertise
Job Description:
- Integrations between SFDC and other systems such as SAP via Middleware tools, APIs.
- Configure and customize B2B Commerce settings, including storefronts, product catalogs, and pricing. Integrate B2B Commerce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to B2B Commerce configurations and customizations.
- Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, Account Group, price list, page labels, indexing etc.
- Functional knowledge of Sales/Commercial processes.
- Managing existing Salesforce apps.
- Working with Business to understand new requirements.
- Salesforce In/Out Integrations.
- Manage Packages.
