Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform, focusing specifically on integrations and data integrity. A strong background in ETL testing is essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.

• Focus on ETL testing, validating data transformation, data loading, and data integrity within the Salesforce environment.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking system.

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

• Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress and results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) is required.

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce testing.

• Proven experience in ETL testing, including data validation and data integrity checks.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations.

• Experience with various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test Classes).

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.

• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I).

• Experience with test automation frameworks.

• Experience with performance testing tools.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
