We are seeking a highly skilled technical resource with 5-7 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce administration and Apex development, Python scripting, SQL development, and data quality assurance. This individual will play a key role in developing automations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business-critical applications. Familiarity with modern data tools like dbt and Streamlit apps is a plus.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership over their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration:
  • Perform general system administration tasks within Salesforce, including user management, security settings, and data maintenance.
  • Manage integrations and system configurations to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Salesforce Apex Development:
  • Write, test, and deploy Apex code to build automations, custom validations, and triggers.
  • Build Lightning components, flows, and process automations to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Python Development:
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and API integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement unit testing to ensure quality.
  • Build APIs and work with third-party services to support integrations.
• Git & Version Control:
  • Manage code using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and creating pull requests.
  • Utilize GitHub Actions for automation in the CI/CD pipeline.
• SQL Development & Data Quality:
  • Write and maintain SQL scripts for data transformations, quality checks, and reporting.
  • Create test scripts to validate data integrity and system performance.
• Data Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Microsoft Azure
• Tableau Development:
  • Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
• Familiarity With:
  • Streamlit for building lightweight Python web applications.
  • dbt (Data Build Tool) for SQL-based transformations and data pipeline management.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with writing test scripts for data validation.
• Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Streamlit, and dbt is a plus.
