Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify improvements and system enhancements.
2. Salesforce Configuration & Solution Design
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers for custom development when necessary.
3. Testing, Training & User Adoption
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with end-users.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Support change management efforts and act as a Salesforce advocate within the organization.
4. Project Management
- involve in project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Qualification
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, etc.).
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Preferred:
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant certifications).
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, or custom development (Apex, LWC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
