Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and Salesforce solutions.

• Work with Salesforce teams to configure objects, automation, validations, and reporting tools.

• Support testing activities including UAT and regression testing to ensure solution quality.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating workshops and system demos.

• Ensure data integrity, assist in integrations, and manage user access, security, and permissions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years working on Salesforce projects.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (flows, workflows), reporting, dashboards, and data management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process modeling skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• Familiarity with API integrations and AppExchange solutions.
