Job Title

Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

Purpose:

The Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst will work with commercial units of Amadeus, leading the requirements gathering and implementing Solutions that support Amadeus evolution and services digitalization on Salesforce Platform, applying configuration best practices & following Amadeus policies.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, including extensive work with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). The candidate should be proficient in managing Salesforce environments, optimizing business processes, and designing and maintaining Experience Cloud sites for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports.
    • User management, role hierarchy setup, and security configurations.
    • Maintain and optimize Salesforce automation processes, such as workflow rules, approval processes, and flows.
    • Perform regular Salesforce updates, data cleanups, and user training.
  • Experience Cloud Management:
    • Design, configure, and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to enhance user experience, create self-service portals, and manage external community users.
    • Implement Experience Cloud solutions for partner, customer, and employee communities.
    • Customize Experience Cloud sites using Salesforce Lightning components, templates, and CMS features.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Experience Cloud users and content.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Design and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Work closely with business teams to ensure that reporting meets organizational needs.
    • Oversee data integrity, quality, and security within Salesforce.
  • Collaboration & Training:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to ensure Salesforce is configured to meet business requirements.
    • Provide end-user support, including creating documentation and training materials.
    • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features, implementing relevant enhancements for the business.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to drive system efficiency and business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, including community site configuration, user management, content management, and advanced features.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning components.
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, process builder, flows, reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce (a plus) for advanced customizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a Salesforce-managed services or consulting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
