Job Description Technical Project Manager, who is leading and managing complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule with his strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project progress, monitor performance against key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies and best practices.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address challenges within the project team.
- Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies, architectures, and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project outcomes.
- Experience : Typically requires 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical projects.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of relevant technologies, architectures, and development processes. (.Net stack is preferred)
- Project Management Methodologies : Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- Leadership and Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are often : Bachelor's degree in engineering
