We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
In this role, you will:

- Ability to communicate with non-technical people
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of IT risks like assessment of risk, vulnerability management, patching management, cybersecurity, Identity, and access management etc.
- Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
- Increase risk awareness in the team.
- Quick learner about the HSBC various risk control requirements.
- Maintain and manage global inventory.
- Coordinate with all IT service owners in HSBC group globally under Storage & DPS domain. Allocation of ownership. Prepare plans for remediations within SLA. Document blockers.
- Coordinate with various other teams in group. Ability to arrange & chair meetings as and when needed and document the actions and FollowUp till closure. Requirement of problem-solving skills.
- Creation of good report for internal users and auditors. – Very good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint.
- Good vendor coordination and engagement.
- Vendor risk management – ability to review contracts, work with legal & compliance wherever needed, risk assessment of dependency on vendors, vendor performance evaluation.
