Overview
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of retail IT systems (POS, RFID)
· Drive the adoption of new retail technologies, including POS systems, RFID, inventory management, and CRM systems.
· Drive continuous improvement in IT support for store operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
· Monitor IT system uptime, cybersecurity, and data integrity to ensure business continuity and compliance.
· Develop and manage IT budgets, cost optimizations, and ROI evaluations.
· Oversee IT support teams, providing swift solutions to retail technology challenges.
· Leverage data analytics tools to provide actionable insights into sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to identify innovative technology solutions to enhance customer engagement and retail performance.
Key Qualifications
· Graduation Preferable IT Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Hardware and Software.
· 1+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the retail industry.
· Proven track record in implementing retail IT solutions, including POS, e-commerce platforms, ERP, and CRM.
· Strong understanding of retailing Software, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and at all organizational levels.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of cloud technologies, POS applications in retail.
· Experience leading large-scale IT transformation projects.
· Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk management in a retail environment.
· Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience through technology.
