Job Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Manage and process new insurance applications using existing software systems.
• Collaborate with sales agents to collect, process, and organize client information.
• Create and submit insurance carrier applications via digital tools.
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure seamless application processing.
• Maintain and organize digital documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Learn and navigate commercial insurance systems and procedures.
• Optimize workflows and troubleshoot software-related issues in application processing.
• Support system integrations and ensure compliance with established protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong experience with productivity tools like Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
• Solid understanding of system workflows and digital document management.
• Familiarity with insurance-related tools (preferred but not required).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work positively and collaboratively within a team.
• Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Backup power source to handle any electricity outages.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM PST (California Time).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $500 per month
• Benefits:
• 5 paid vacation days after 12 months of employment.
• 3 paid sick days (with a doctor’s note) after 90 days of employment.
