- Lead end-to-end application development, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
- Engage in full-stack development (front-end and back-end) as needed.
- Provide hands-on guidance in developing high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize code, and ensure performance tuning across applications.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to ensure alignment with the overall technical roadmap.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and oversee end-to-end testing.
- Ensure applications are tested and debugged before release, ensuring robust and reliable software.
- Explore and implement modern tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and improve development workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement, providing technical solutions to increase efficiency.
- Expertise in Java; experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular).
- Strong understanding of application architecture and experience designing scalable applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
