React Developer (Pixel-Perfect UI)

Overview

Are you passionate about creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces? CodeXstream, a dynamic and innovative tech company, is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our growing team. If you have 2 to 5 years of experience, a thirst for learning, and a strong foundation in Bootstrap, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, and custom CSS. and frontend development tools, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and pixel-perfect UI using React.js and modern styling frameworks (Bootstrap, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, and custom CSS/SCSS).
• Convert Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into functional React components with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
• Optimize components for performance, accessibility (a11y), and SEO.
• Implement state management with Context API, Redux, or Zustand.
• Work with RESTful APIs / GraphQL for front-end integration.
• Debug and improve UI/UX performance using React DevTools, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to create high-quality interfaces.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong proficiency in React.js & Next.js
✅ Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
✅ Hands-on experience with Bootstrap 5, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, and SCSS
✅ Strong understanding of responsive & pixel-perfect design principles
✅ Experience with CSS animations & transitions
✅ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile workflows
✅ Knowledge of Web Performance Optimization
