Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in React.js, modern frontend technologies, and best practices in UI/UX development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work with Redux / Context API for state management.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Integrate APIs and work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve application design and user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and frontend development.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) – Understanding modern JavaScript features like arrow functions, destructuring, promises, async/await, and modules.
• React Fundamentals – Components, JSX, Props, State, Lifecycle Methods, and Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext)
• React Router – Handling navigation and dynamic routing in single-page applications.
• State Management – Using Context API, Redux, Zustand, or Recoil for managing global state.
• React Performance Optimization – Using React.memo, lazy loading, code splitting, and useCallback/useMemo hooks.
• React Query / SWR – Managing API calls efficiently with caching, re-fetching, and error handling.
• Custom Hooks – Creating reusable logic using hooks.
• Error Handling & Debugging – Using React DevTools, logging, and error boundaries.
• CSS-in-JS / Styling Libraries – Tailwind CSS, MUI (Material-UI), Styled Components, or Emotion.
• Component Libraries – Ant Design, Chakra UI, Bootstrap, or ShadCN/UI for faster development.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience working with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, NestJS, etc.) is a plus.
