Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing web and mobile applications using React.js and its workflows (e.g., Redux). You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to build dynamic, high-performance applications with seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to transform design concepts and user stories into responsive web applications using React.
• Develop new user-facing features and components with a component-based architecture for efficient and scalable applications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance across devices and browsers.
• Provide clear documentation and contribute to technical documents.
• Work in an agile development environment, participating in discussions to define project requirements and scope.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in React.js and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with React.js workflows (Redux) for efficient state management.
• Solid understanding of web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, SCSS, and CSS3.
• Proficiency with React Hooks and functional components.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into React applications.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
