What This Role Involves-

- Quality Control: Software testing, bug tracking, and ensuring application quality.

- Business Analysis: Understanding client requirements, documenting processes, and assisting in project planning.

- Bug Identification & Reporting – Detect, document & work with the dev team to fix issues.

- Process Improvement – Suggest enhancements to improve user experience & business operations.

- Client Communication – Bridge the gap between clients & development teams.

Who Can Apply?

- Fluent English & Strong Communication Skills

- Ability to Handle Both QC & BA Responsibilities Independently

- Basic Knowledge of Software Testing & Business Analysis
