Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team (Mobile App Tester only).

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience in manual, automation, load, and penetration testing with a specific requirement for mobile app testing experience. As part of our organization, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software products, working closely with our team to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for various software components.
• Accurately document bugs and track them to closure.

Automation Testing:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant frameworks or tools.
• Integrate automation tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Load Testing:

• Evaluate software performance by designing and executing load and stress tests.
• Identify bottlenecks, provide insights, and recommend performance enhancements.

Penetration Testing:

• Perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Recommend remedial measures to ensure robust security standards are met.

Mobile App Testing:

• Conduct both manual and automated testing of mobile applications on various platforms (Android/iOS).
• Identify and troubleshoot platform-specific issues, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Test Planning & Documentation:

• Write clear and detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Analyze and review requirement documents, user stories, and design specifications to develop comprehensive testing strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to understand project requirements.
• Communicate test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Continuous Improvement:

• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting tools, techniques, or approaches to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both manual and automated testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mobile App Testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar for automation purposes.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience: 2–5 years in a QA or related role with hands-on experience in manual, automation, load, and penetration testing.

Compensation:

• Monthly Pay Range: INR 25,000 – INR 35,000
• Annual Pay Range: INR 300,000 – INR 420,000
