Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Quality Analyst QA and Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology and Services industry to join our team at Demo Varun Organization. As a Quality Analyst QA and Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and managing the Agile Scrum process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and support the development team in implementing Agile principles and practices.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and escalate any risks or impediments that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Continuously improve the quality assurance process and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and Agile methodologies.
