Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Qlik Sense Data Analyst with expertise in business intelligence (BI), data modeling, and data visualization to design, develop, and manage Qlik Sense solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and lead projects using Agile methodologies (Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Qlik Sense Solutions: Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and applications using Qlik Sense.
• Data Modeling & Governance: Build and maintain data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting.
• SQL Development: Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Qlik Sense Administration: Manage Qlik Sense environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and access control.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Automation & Reporting: Implement automated reporting solutions using NPrinting and alerting features to improve efficiency.
• Agile & Kanban Execution: Lead BI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and iterative improvements.
• Training & Mentorship: Conduct user training sessions, support business teams in utilizing Qlik Sense effectively, and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Engage with technical and business leaders to refine BI solutions and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 6 – 9 years of experience in Qlik Sense development and administration.
• Expertise in Qlik Sense with a strong understanding of data visualization and BI best practices.
• Strong SQL skills for query development and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban preferred).
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with data warehousing and data mart concepts.
• Proficiency in NPrinting for report automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and integrations.
