QC/QA Engineer

Overview

• Perform in-process and final inspections of packaging machine parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests on components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Identify and report non- conformities, deviations, and defects in materials or workmanship during production.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit results and quality analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis in case of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, audits, and quality reports.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control tools, testing methods, and techniques (root cause analysis).
• Knowledge of packaging machinery components, systems, and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with procurement software or Tally systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
