As the QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and security of our software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing best practices for QA automation, performance testing, and security testing across cloud-native Azure development technologies, Azure SQL Server, Azure APIM, Azure Functions, and legacy .NET applications. This role will also involve working with complex integrations including SAP S/4 HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, and Siemens Opcenter. By leveraging your DevSecOps knowledge, you will drive initiatives that enhance our product's reliability, performance, and security, ultimately delivering exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.
- Design and implement QA automation strategies to streamline testing processes for cloud-native applications.
- Establish performance testing protocols to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks in applications.
- Develop and enforce security testing best practices to ensure the highest security standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes within the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps.
- Lead the QA efforts for applications integrating with SAP S/4 HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, and Siemens Opcenter.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of test cases and scenarios for both new and existing applications.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead with a proven track record in establishing QA automation, performance testing, and security testing best practices. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in QA and software testing, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Azure development technologies, including Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Server, Azure APIM, and Azure Functions.
- Extensive experience with QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and LoadRunner.
- Proven ability to conduct performance testing and security assessments, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, and Siemens Opcenter integrations.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
