Job Summary:

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our software applications through comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify bugs, verify fixes, and ensure the software meets all requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze product requirements and design detailed test cases based on the product specifications.

· Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop.

· Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

· Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and changes and ensure quality during the software development lifecycle.

· Conduct regression testing to ensure software updates do not impact existing functionality.

· Perform load and performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

· Provide detailed and accurate test results and metrics to the team and management.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

· Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives).

· Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in QA testing (manual and automated).

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.

o Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

o Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation scripting.

o Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

o Strong experience in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Github.

o Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI & Github actions).

· Knowledge of web services and API testing (REST, SOAP).

· Experience in testing mobile applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
