Job summary

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to ensure quality assurance and quality control in our construction projects, located onsite in Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing and managing QA/QC systems in the industrial and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management System Implementation: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship at different stages of construction to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities and prepare detailed reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify non-conformance issues, initiate corrective actions, and ensure resolution in compliance with established quality standards.
• Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the industrial or real estate construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
