QA & QC Engineer

Overview

• Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining industry-leading production systems, including Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Skilled in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation systems to streamline production.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control practices, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to ensure efficient workflow.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, and related techniques.
• Familiar with health and safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Data-driven problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
• Competent in conducting process capability studies to pinpoint areas for process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, applying targeted solutions for operational challenges.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines with a high degree of efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities to coordinate resources and optimize team performance.
• Proficient in risk assessment and the development of mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and solutions.
