QA Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts where necessary.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct thorough manual testing of software/products/services.
• Analyze test results, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for immediate joining is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA: 1 year (Preferred)
• manual testing: 1 year (Preferred)
