QA Manual Tester

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA Manual Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of testing methodologies. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system requirements and specifications.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure issue resolution.
• Document test results and prepare reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in daily stand-up meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months – 4 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with Web, Mobile, and API testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
