QA Engineer (Senior Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our AI-driven automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development and product management to design and implement effective testing strategies, identify and resolve software issues, and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and well-structured test cases to validate software functionality and performance.

  Test Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• 
  Defect Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• 
  Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure application stability following updates and enhancements.
• 
  Performance & Security Testing: Conduct assessments of software performance and security to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• 
  Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging QA tools, techniques, and methodologies, and integrate them into the testing process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 
  Experience: Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  Technical Skills:
  • 
    Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
  • 
    Programming experience in Python or Java
  • 
    Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages
• 
  Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• 
  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• 
  Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with AI-driven applications is an added advantage.
