Role Overview
As a QA Engineer - II at TMRW, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop test strategies, execute test cases, and automate workflows to enhance efficiency. Your expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and debugging will help us deliver a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance testing. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Contribute to best practices in functional testing and automation.
- Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)..
- API testing experience using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar would be a plus
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, or similar) is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
