QA Engineer (iGaming)

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and quality of our iGaming platform. This role involves designing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and collaborating with developers to maintain a high standard of product quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional, regression, and performance testing within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product stability and reliability.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure a seamless player experience.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies and implement QA best practices.

• Perform API testing and validate data consistency across different systems.

• Work closely with customer support and business teams to understand and address reported issues.

• Maintain test plans and documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and trends in QA and software testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably in iGaming or high-load web applications.

• Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.

• Experience in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.

• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).

• Basic understanding of SQL databases for data validation.

• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize testing processes.

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing in Agile environments.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).

• Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance testing.

• Fluency in English is a must; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.

Location

Our in-house team operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
