Job Description:
1. Daily Monitoring of Customer issue and complaint.
2. Action Closure of Customer complaint.
3. Warranty Claim monitoring
4. Sustenance audit of Action taken for the customer complaints
5. Resolution of PDI issues by Proactive Approach
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Root Cause analysis of Customer Complaint and 8D Submission to customer of open issues.
2. Customer PPM monitoring.
3. Customer Audit Handling
4. Achieved KPIs as per given target.
5. Customer COPQ monitoring and take action to reduce them
Skills Sets Required:
1. Problem solving techniques,
2. Professional training of MS office.
3. 5 “S” , kaizen, 7 QC tools and 8D etc.
4. Have Experience of Customer Handling.
5. Presentation Skills.
Education & Experience Requirements:
1. BE Mech with 2/3 years of experience in Customer Handling
Generic Competency:
1. Good oral and written communication, Good Inter personal relationship and courage to tell fact.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
