QA Engineer

Overview

Quality Management System Implementation

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards.

Conduct internal quality audits and assist in external audits.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

Identify process deviations and take corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement tools.

Supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

Work with quality control teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.

Handle customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, and provide resolutions.

Coordinate with suppliers for incoming material quality control and supplier audits.

Maintain QMS records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
