Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA professional with expertise in Application QA, Reporting QA, QuickSight dashboard validation, and AWS ecosystem management. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and integrity of our applications, reporting systems, and AWS implementations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application QA:

Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications.
Develop, document, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and best practices.

Reporting QA:

Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in reports and dashboards.
Test ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation logic.
Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand reporting requirements.
Perform back-end validation by writing SQL queries to verify data integrity.

QuickSight Dashboard Validation:

Test and validate AWS QuickSight dashboards for functionality, performance, and user experience.
Verify that data visualizations, metrics, and KPIs align with business requirements.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in QuickSight dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet end-user needs.

AWS Scope Management:

Manage and validate AWS resources related to QA environments (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
Conduct security and compliance checks for AWS services used in the project.
Work with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of QA environments.
Implement and manage automation tools within the AWS ecosystem.
