Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing test plans. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Bug Identification & Reporting:
• Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards before release.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Stay updated on the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on QA testing experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle.
• Proficiency in using tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL and APIs for testing.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?75,000.00 per month
